ELCT NWD has officially opened a new dispensary in Muleba District, expanding healthcare access to underserved rural communities.
The dispensary will provide outpatient services, maternal and child health care, immunization, and basic diagnostics. The facility was constructed with support from diocesan development funds and international partners.
The opening ceremony was attended by diocesan leadership, district officials, and community members who celebrated this milestone in healthcare delivery.
